What is "Dresden Inspired?
Dresdens are foil-covered, three dimensional heavy paper decorations having been pressed into antique paper molds. They originated in the famous decorative paper lands of Dresden, Germany in the 1800's.
Antique Dresdens may command prices of hundreds or thousands of dollars!
Contemporary Dresdens are still produced in Germany & are favored by paper & scrapbook artists for their exquisite detail!
